k33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restrictions on withdrawals and, in some cases, account access. k33 processes KYC documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Each player may hold only one registered k33 account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, k33 reserves the right to close secondary accounts, void bets placed from those accounts, and retain any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate account must contact k33 support immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k33 login credentials, including your username and password. k33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). k33 may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at the platform or individual account level. These limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Players may set personal deposit limits via account settings; such limits may be reduced immediately but increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical feasibility. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. k33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. k33 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. k33 may delay, refuse, or reverse transactions where there is suspicion of financial crime. In such cases, k33 may be required to file reports with relevant authorities without notifying the player. Depositing funds not intended for gaming activity is strictly prohibited.
All cricket betting, including PSL, ICC, and domestic tournament markets, is subject to k33's Sportsbook Rules as displayed within the cricket betting section. k33 reserves the right to void bets in the event of match abandonment, venue change, or other circumstances rendering a market unsettleable under standard rules. In-play bet acceptance is subject to network latency; k33 is not responsible for bets rejected due to market suspension at the point of submission.

k33's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Players may close their k33 account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with normal procedures following account closure. Accounts subject to self-exclusion may not be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or in-platform notification with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before taking effect. These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of k33 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k33 is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet or game outcome, you must submit a written complaint to k33 support within thirty (30) days of the event. k33 will investigate and provide a written response within fifteen (15) business days. If you are not satisfied with k33's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body as communicated in k33's response.
